–IDEA –  1st subprogram of integral development Program IDEA. IDEA is

-binaural listening program that comes in audio file and it consists of 4 stages.

-Each stage lasts 20-30 minutes.  It stimulates your brain through all stages of brain

– activity from beta (awake state), alpha, theta and ultimately to delta stage of brain

– electrical activity. Continuous listening results in stress relief and opens door for

– creativity flow.

NOTE: It´s not recommendable to skip stages within the subprogram.
