–RADIANCE – 2nd subprogram of integral development Program IDEA. RADIANCE is recommended to  listen after completing the 1st  subprogram IDEA. RADIANCE consists of 4 stages with duration of 30 minutes each. With every new stage brain receives more intense stimulation, producing new neural connections, neurotransmitters, that enable the brain to function in theta and delta patterns in the awake state. Expansion of awareness and overall sense of well-being are experiences connected with continuous IDEA practice.

NOTE: It´s not recommendable to skip subprograms or stages within the subprogram.
